At this time, Tim Klein Photography orders can be processed online, on the phone, and through email.
CAN I MAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS ON SIZE, FRAME, AND MAT?

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers or company checks.
DOES TIM KLEIN PHOTOGRAPHY CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, Tim Klein Photography will charge the sales tax in Illinois.
If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of Tim Klein Photography and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the certificate. You may submit this to email@example.com and reference your trade membership number.
WHAT IS THE TIM KLEIN PHOTOGRAPHY RETURN POLICY?
Tim Klein Photography orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied within 15 days of delivery. If you return an item that isn't a custom order you will get a complete refund in the form of a store credit. Returns are not allowed on custom orders. To make a return please email Tim Klein Photography.
DOES TIM KLEIN PHOTOGRAPHY REPLACE DAMAGED ARTWORK?
Tim Klein Photography will replace all artwork that arrives damaged. Please email photos of the damaged artwork within 48 hours of receiving your artwork and we will send out a new piece at no cost to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email that will include tracking information for the products indicated as shipped.
