The Maynard
Edged on North Chicago’s eastern lakefront, The Maynard is the ultimate all-season residency. This fully rehabbed 1926 timber frame German style building introduces the old with the new. For this project Tim selected artwork for their office lobby in collaboration with the creative director. Together they picked 28 images which depict a day in the life of Chicago.
