Chicago Photography Collection for LSV Office

Tim Klein and his team curated a striking collection of Chicago-themed photography for LSV Asset Management’s downtown office. The project includes a series of black-and-white images installed throughout the hallways, highlighting timeless views of iconic landmarks and architecture. In the main office spaces and conference room, vivid color photographs bring energy and warmth, showcasing the city’s diverse neighborhoods, cultural life, and visual rhythms.

A standout feature is the 72"x48" canvas piece with a black floater frame installed in the elevator lobby—serving as a dramatic first impression that reflects the identity of both the city and the client. From art direction and curation to production and installation, Tim ensured that each element was tailored to reflect LSV’s location, values, and visual aesthetic. The final result is a cohesive, Chicago-rooted collection that brings personality, place, and a refined sense of storytelling to the office space, adding sophistication, local relevance, and long-lasting visual impact throughout.
