Local Art for Pilsen Apartments in Chicago
Inspired by the vibrant creative spirit of Pilsen, the client collaborated with Tim Klein Framed to curate a collection of portraits, photographed murals, and neighborhood streetscapes for their new residential property. Reflecting the area’s long history of artistic expression—from its iconic public art to its community-driven aesthetic—the collection celebrates the voices and visions of local artists.
Each elevator vestibule features a distinct artist, creating focal points of visual storytelling on every floor. The surrounding hallways showcase a curated mix of artworks that bring the neighborhood’s colorful identity indoors.
